Children’s Day Celebrations
Chandigarh Spartans Round table 294 celebrated Children’s day at FTE school, GMSS Kalka, Pinjore. There was cultural activities ranging from Punjabi dance, Haryanvi dance, singing, Skit on Shaheed Bhagat Singh and much more. Refreshments were provided to over 200 children. We also donated 4 Almirahs to School as they were in need of them. It was fantastic to see the energy among the children.
Chandigarh Spartans Round Table 294 visited Old age home at sector 15 Panchkula and got the grooming done for the elderly needy people. It was a touching moment to see the smile on their faces after getting their hair cut, shaving, massages and other services. The event was supported by moi-orner, Panchkula
NGO Event
On 8th November, Round Table India in collaboration with the Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) of PEC, Sankalp NGO proudly organized Wings of Wonder at PECFEST 2024. Inspired by Round Table India’s long-standing initiative, Tare Zameen Par (TZP), this event brought together underprivileged children to celebrate their creativity and talent.
The event featured Sit & Draw, Music, and workshops on topics like self-confidence, healthy eating and many more, giving children a platform to express themselves, embrace their artistic abilities, and experience the joy of creative exploration. The lively atmosphere reflected PECFEST’s inclusive spirit, where young participants showcased their potential with enthusiasm and pride. Each event highlighted the unique talents of these young artists, creating unforgettable moments of joy, encouragement, and empowerment.
Wings of Wonder not only celebrated the children’s creativity but also reinforced our commitment to fostering inclusivity and opportunity, in line with the mission.
